Tribal Fitness Bootcamp

"At Tribal we specialise in women only, outdoor bootcamps that run all year round. We have been running for over 4 years and now we're in Holywood too! We use a wide range of equipment and training methods so that no two sessions will ever be the same! Everything from battle ropes to tyres, to kettlebells to good old fashioned body weight to name a few!
Our Tribe is ever growing and full of fantastic, supportive training partners so no need to feel nervous about joining us.
All exercises are adaptable, with various options, so suitable for all levels of fitness.

The current Holywood class is in Seapark at 8pm Tues evening, meeting on the grass beside the main carpark. I run the occasional pop up session at 10am Monday mornings, so keep an eye on the Facebook page!
